My name is Sarah Seitz. I am a working mother, freelance writer and inconsistent runner. I live with my husband, two children and a Puggle on Vancouver Island. I have a love for the written word in all its forms. I’m drawn to the messy and truest parts of ourselves: the underbelly of our lives.
My hope is that you will find something in my words that makes you laugh or perhaps feel more connected in this adventure we call ‘parenting.’
My early work includes several published books (limited editions) such as “Dots” and “Non-Living Things.” My best-seller, “All kinds of trees”, has greatly influenced toddlers worldwide.
My writing appears regularly in Island Parent magazine, which is a wonderful resource for families on Vancouver Island.
